【摘要】：傳播全球化時代,為避免在新聞報道采寫過程中違反被報道地區(qū)的新聞報道規(guī)范,了解全球媒體倫理規(guī)范的共通準則和區(qū)域性準則成為必要。本文通過對全球134篇媒體倫理規(guī)范的內容進行分析后發(fā)現(xiàn),世界上多數國家在保護消息來源、保護隱私、更正、明確新聞界限、避免利益沖突、保障表達自由和新聞自由、準確、以正當方式獲取信息、獨立、禁止剽竊抄襲等十項原則上達成了較高的共識;部分國家的媒體倫理規(guī)范制定了較為特殊的條款,如有涉及良心、同行關系、民族文化的條款。
[Abstract]:In the era of communication globalization, it is necessary to understand the common and regional norms of global media ethics in order to avoid violating the reporting norms of the region in the process of news coverage. Based on the analysis of 134 media ethics codes, this paper finds that most countries in the world are protecting news sources, protecting privacy, correcting, defining news boundaries, avoiding conflicts of interest, guaranteeing freedom of expression and freedom of the press. Ten principles, such as obtaining information in a proper way, being independent and prohibiting plagiarism, have reached a relatively high consensus. In some countries, media ethics norms have made more special provisions, such as those concerning conscience, peer relations, etc. The terms of national culture
