【摘要】：《廣州紀(jì)錄報(bào)》作為廣州第一份近代化報(bào)刊,不僅是近代中國第一份英文報(bào)刊,也是鴉片戰(zhàn)爭前后中國最重要的商業(yè)報(bào)刊。論文以《廣州紀(jì)錄報(bào)》縮微膠卷為新史料,介紹其創(chuàng)刊過程、編輯方針、主要內(nèi)容、編排特色等概況;論述其在踐行和傳播新聞出版自由理念、出版增刊號外、注重革新版面和多樣經(jīng)營等方面的開創(chuàng)性貢獻(xiàn)�！稄V州紀(jì)錄報(bào)》不僅在中國新聞傳播發(fā)展史具有奠基地位,成為近代中國英文報(bào)業(yè)的開端;而且在世界新聞傳播發(fā)展史上具有重要的開拓意義。其積極發(fā)揮聯(lián)通中外的社會作用,緊密地將中國納入了世界信息交流的新聞網(wǎng)絡(luò),成為世界近代化報(bào)刊走向中國并在中華大地落地生根的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)之一。
[Abstract]:As the first modern newspaper in Guangzhou, Guangzhou Records is not only the first English newspaper in modern China, but also the most important commercial newspaper in China before and after the Opium War. This paper takes the microfilm of Guangzhou Records News as the new historical material, introduces its founding process, editorial policy, main contents, arrangement features and so on, and discusses its practice and dissemination of the concept of freedom of the press and publication, and the publication supplement. The Guangzhou Records not only laid a foundation in the history of news communication in China, but also became the beginning of modern Chinese English newspaper industry. And in the history of world news communication has important pioneering significance. It has brought China into the news network of the world information exchange and become one of the key links for the modernization of the world newspapers and periodicals to go to China and take root in the land of China.
