【摘要】：【目的/意義】通過(guò)將虛擬學(xué)術(shù)社區(qū)知識(shí)共享和共生互利進(jìn)行結(jié)合,可以促進(jìn)虛擬學(xué)術(shù)社區(qū)知識(shí)共享的持續(xù)進(jìn)行。【方法/過(guò)程】采用生態(tài)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的共生互利的理論來(lái)研究虛擬學(xué)術(shù)社區(qū)知識(shí)共享,分析了虛擬學(xué)術(shù)社區(qū)知識(shí)共享中的共生互利主體要素和要素間的關(guān)系、共生互利的組織模式和行為模式,以及虛擬學(xué)術(shù)社區(qū)知識(shí)共享共生互利的影響因素。【結(jié)果/結(jié)論】提出了虛擬學(xué)術(shù)社區(qū)知識(shí)共享共生互利的保障措施,并對(duì)今后的研究進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:[purpose / meaning] by combining knowledge sharing and symbiotic mutual benefit in the virtual academic community, Can facilitate the continued sharing of knowledge in virtual academic communities. [methods / processes] apply symbiotic and mutually beneficial theories in the field of ecology to study knowledge sharing in virtual academic communities, This paper analyzes the relationship between the main elements and elements of symbiotic and mutually beneficial subjects in the knowledge sharing of virtual academic communities, the organization mode and behavior mode of symbiotic mutual benefit. [results / conclusion] the guarantee measures of knowledge sharing symbiosis and mutual benefit in virtual academic community are put forward, and the future research is prospected.
