【摘要】：[目的/意義]我國(guó)有關(guān)大數(shù)據(jù)分析的研究中流行一些說(shuō)法:數(shù)據(jù)能講述故事;要全體不要抽樣;要相關(guān)不要因果。這些說(shuō)法可能具有誤導(dǎo)性。[方法/過(guò)程]通過(guò)分析紐約市"市長(zhǎng)數(shù)據(jù)分析辦公室"利用大數(shù)據(jù)分析幫助改善城市部門績(jī)效方面的成功案例,檢驗(yàn)上述說(shuō)法的正確性。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]大數(shù)據(jù)分析不等于讓數(shù)據(jù)自己說(shuō)話,數(shù)據(jù)自己是不會(huì)說(shuō)話的。成功的大數(shù)據(jù)分析首先需要分析人員確定方向、目標(biāo),然后根據(jù)它們確定分析的對(duì)象,有針對(duì)性的收集和分析數(shù)據(jù)。數(shù)據(jù)夠了就好,"要全體不要抽樣"不是必要的。大數(shù)據(jù)分析首先需要了解數(shù)據(jù)的背景,離開了其所處的背景的數(shù)據(jù)是沒(méi)有價(jià)值的。大數(shù)據(jù)分析除了關(guān)注數(shù)據(jù),還需要關(guān)注數(shù)據(jù)之外的很多因素,包括政治因素。
[Abstract]:Objective / meaning: data can tell stories, do not sample all, and do not correlate with causality in the study of big data analysis in China. These statements may be misleading. [method / process] the validity of the above statement is verified by analyzing the success stories of the New York City Mayor's Office of data Analysis using big data analysis to help improve the performance of the urban sector. Big data analysis is not the same as letting the data speak for itself, the data itself does not speak. Successful big data analysis first requires the analyst to determine the direction, target, and then determine the object of the analysis according to them, collect and analyze the data pertinently. As long as the data is enough, it is not necessary to ask for all to be sampled. Big data analysis first needs to understand the background of the data, the data without its background is of no value. In addition to focusing on data, big data analysis needs to focus on a number of factors, including political ones.
