【摘要】：【目的/意義】分析健康微信公眾平臺信息質(zhì)量的影響因素,構(gòu)建評價指標體系,對用戶識別出高質(zhì)量的健康信息以及微信公眾平臺健康信息質(zhì)量的提高都具有重要意義�！痉椒�/過程】運用扎根理論和信息傳播理論,結(jié)合健康微信公眾平臺的特性,從健康信息傳播主體、微信公眾平臺、健康信息以及用戶4個維度構(gòu)建評價指標體系,并利用主成分分析法確立了指標權重。【結(jié)果/結(jié)論】構(gòu)建的健康微信公眾平臺信息質(zhì)量評價指標體系的4個維度中,權重系數(shù)最大分別為情感支持性、交互性、新穎性和相關性。因此,健康信息的傳播者應該重視這些指標,向用戶推送優(yōu)質(zhì)的健康信息內(nèi)容,提高服務水平和能力。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] to analyze the influencing factors of information quality in the public platform of WeChat Health, and to construct an evaluation index system. It is of great significance for users to identify high quality health information and to improve the quality of health information on WeChat public platform. [methods / processes] apply rooted theory and information dissemination theory, combined with the characteristics of health WeChat public platform, The evaluation index system is constructed from four dimensions of health information dissemination subject, WeChat public platform, health information and users. In the four dimensions of the information quality evaluation index system of the health WeChat public platform constructed by the principal component analysis method, the maximum weight coefficient is emotional support and interactivity, respectively. Novelty and relevance. Therefore, health information communicators should attach importance to these indicators, push high quality health information content to users, and improve service level and ability.
