【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的地球村里,境內(nèi)外信息交流速度更快捷、互相影響程度更加深,境內(nèi)新聞常有境外影響,境外事件常產(chǎn)生境內(nèi)效應(yīng)。我們要適應(yīng)境內(nèi)外傳播格局的新變化,協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)外不同區(qū)域的傳播媒介,協(xié)同多元傳播主體的社會(huì)力量,區(qū)分境內(nèi)外傳播的特點(diǎn)差異,適應(yīng)境外受眾的接受習(xí)慣,做好分眾傳播、定向傳播、對(duì)外傳播,成為中國(guó)先進(jìn)文化的積極引領(lǐng)者和踐行者,成為中國(guó)優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的忠實(shí)傳承者和弘揚(yáng)者,成為新時(shí)代中國(guó)故事的優(yōu)秀記錄者和傳播者。
[Abstract]:In the global village of the Internet era, the speed of information exchange inside and outside the country is faster, the degree of mutual influence is deeper, the domestic news often has the overseas influence, the overseas event often produces the domestic effect. We should adapt to the new changes in the internal and external communication pattern, coordinate the communication media in different regions inside and outside the country, cooperate with the social forces of the multiple subjects of communication, distinguish the characteristics of the domestic and foreign communication, adapt to the reception habits of the overseas audiences, and do a good job in the mass communication. Directional communication and external communication become the active leaders and practitioners of Chinese advanced culture, the faithful inheritors and propagators of Chinese excellent traditional culture, and the excellent records and communicators of Chinese stories in the new era.
