【摘要】：[目的/意義]以價值評估角度,調查國外開放政府數據的進展,為推動我國開放政府數據工作的進一步發(fā)展具有重要意義,[方法/過程]利用文獻調研和案例分析的研究方法,闡述開放政府數據價值評估的要求,探討開放政府數據價值評估的方法,并在此基礎上分析美國、英國、澳大利亞主要國家以及國際組織在開放政府數據價值評估的具體實踐。[結果/結論]得出認識開放政府數據價值評估的困境、重視并開展開放政府數據的價值評估、注重開放政府數據價值評估方法的啟示。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] to investigate the progress of open government data abroad from a value assessment perspective, In order to promote the further development of the open government data work in China, [methods / processes] using the research methods of literature research and case analysis, expounds the requirements of open government data value assessment. This paper discusses the methods of open government data value assessment, and analyzes the practical practice of open government data value assessment in the main countries of the United States, Britain, Australia and international organizations on this basis. [results / conclusion] the difficulties of value evaluation of open government data are recognized, the value evaluation of open government data is emphasized and the enlightenment of value evaluation method of open government data is emphasized.
