【摘要】："OBE"教育理念與當(dāng)前高校廣播電視專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)存在較強(qiáng)的適用度,可為其實(shí)踐教育體系改革提供一個(gè)具有較強(qiáng)可操作性的模型和框架。在廣電專業(yè)實(shí)踐教學(xué)模式構(gòu)建中,基于產(chǎn)出優(yōu)化創(chuàng)新課堂實(shí)踐教學(xué),建立校內(nèi)"工坊式"實(shí)踐平臺(tái),重視互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維、建立開放的全媒體實(shí)訓(xùn)平臺(tái),是以結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向重構(gòu)實(shí)訓(xùn)課程體系的關(guān)鍵。在對結(jié)果的考核評估中,重視多元評價(jià)體系的構(gòu)建,增強(qiáng)實(shí)訓(xùn)結(jié)果的可視性與評判性,將使專業(yè)改革更適應(yīng)傳媒行業(yè)需求。
[Abstract]:The "OBE" education concept has a strong applicability to the current training of radio and television professionals in Colleges and universities. It can provide a model and framework for its practical education system reform. In the construction of the practice teaching mode of radio and television professional practice, the practice teaching of innovation class Hall Based on output optimization and the establishment of "workshop type" practice platform in school are set up. Attaching importance to the thinking of the Internet and establishing an open full media training platform is the key to reconstructing the training course system based on results. In the assessment of the results, the construction of the multiple evaluation system should be paid more attention to, and the visibility and evaluation of the training results will be enhanced, which will make the professional reform more adaptable to the demand of the media industry.
