【摘要】：正網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播倫理的核心問題是網(wǎng)絡(luò)表達(dá)自由與內(nèi)容規(guī)制問題,其他問題基本上可以還原成這個(gè)核心問題�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)的普及使人類進(jìn)入網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播時(shí)代,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)使信息傳播變得空前地便捷,但網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播也充斥著大量不良信息,如色情信息、虛假信息、憎恨言論和反社會(huì)言論等。規(guī)制網(wǎng)絡(luò)不良信息成了亟待解決的問題,網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播倫理學(xué)就是解決這些問題的一個(gè)重要平臺(tái)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播倫理學(xué)的主要任務(wù)是構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播倫理。網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳
[Abstract]:The core problem of positive network communication ethics is the freedom of expression and content regulation.The popularity of the Internet makes people enter the era of network communication. The Internet makes the information dissemination more convenient than ever. However, the network communication is also full of a lot of bad information, such as pornographic information, false information, hate speech and anti-social speech and so on.Regulation of network bad information has become an urgent problem, network communication ethics is an important platform to solve these problems.The main task of network communication ethics is to construct network communication ethics.Network transmission
