【摘要】：正"吃相好看"是游走當(dāng)今社會(huì)的一個(gè)不成文禮儀,公眾作為置身事外的看客參與社會(huì)事件討論時(shí),"看相"也很重要。在今年引起大眾關(guān)注的"27歲女學(xué)者章瑩穎在美失蹤案""杭州藍(lán)色錢(qián)江保姆縱火案""男子求愛(ài)不成將女生扔下樓致死"等案件中",完美受害人"這一名詞在輿論中被頻繁提及,甚至超越了案件本身,成為爭(zhēng)論的焦點(diǎn)。實(shí)際上,"完美受害人"并不是法律術(shù)語(yǔ),如果非要給它一個(gè)定位,它更接近犯罪學(xué)研究術(shù)語(yǔ)。據(jù)稱(chēng),最早提出
