【摘要】：民國時(shí)期是我國新聞出版業(yè)從傳統(tǒng)向現(xiàn)代全面轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,也是報(bào)刊新聞業(yè)務(wù)由政論時(shí)代向新聞時(shí)代轉(zhuǎn)型的重要時(shí)期。由于戰(zhàn)爭不斷,社會(huì)長期動(dòng)蕩不安,新聞出版業(yè)發(fā)展艱難,新聞出版人從業(yè)生態(tài)也面臨著前所未有的艱險(xiǎn)性和復(fù)雜性。主要表現(xiàn)為戰(zhàn)爭和敵對勢力暗殺恐怖活動(dòng),使新聞出版人工作兇險(xiǎn);各方政治勢力打壓,使得出版艱難,表達(dá)受禁,言論自由難以保障;新聞出版條件簡陋、從業(yè)環(huán)境艱苦;技術(shù)落后和政治阻礙,導(dǎo)致傳播渠道難以暢通;社會(huì)動(dòng)蕩導(dǎo)致薪酬收入不穩(wěn)定,從業(yè)人員生活艱辛;新聞出版人職業(yè)素質(zhì)和素養(yǎng)還處在成長期,職業(yè)精神、業(yè)務(wù)能力有待完善。
[Abstract]:During the period of the Republic of China's publishing industry from the traditional to the modern transition period, and it is also an important period of news business transformation from era to era of political news. Because of the war, the long-term social development of publishing turbulent, Hard News Publisher practitioners ecological is also facing dangerous and complicated. Mainly for war hitherto unknown the assassination of hostile forces and terrorist activities, make the News Publisher work dangerous all political forces; pressure, which makes publishing difficult, the expression is banned, freedom of speech is difficult to guarantee; the press condition of rough, hard working environment; backward technology and political obstacles, leading to communication channels is difficult to smooth; social unrest caused compensation income instability, practitioners of life hard news publishers; occupation quality and accomplishment is still in the growth stage, occupation spirit, business ability needs to be improved.
