【摘要】：本研究旨在探討大數(shù)據(jù)時代公共關(guān)系的戰(zhàn)略性本質(zhì)。通過對大中華地區(qū)30個資深公共關(guān)系從業(yè)者和新聞傳播學者的深度訪談,并運用扎根理論進行探索性分析,研究發(fā)現(xiàn):一、大數(shù)據(jù)時代促使中國公共關(guān)系在職業(yè)領(lǐng)域、教育領(lǐng)域和研究領(lǐng)域都發(fā)生了"戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)向"。尤其是職業(yè)領(lǐng)域正面臨著一場"去公關(guān)化"和"公關(guān)化"的博弈,產(chǎn)生有趣的"圍城現(xiàn)象",基于此,本研究提出了一個大數(shù)據(jù)公關(guān)實踐的權(quán)變模型和權(quán)變詞云圖;二、大數(shù)據(jù)時代促使中國公共關(guān)系專業(yè)教育領(lǐng)域呈現(xiàn)"被整合"和"跨學科"發(fā)展趨勢,開始出現(xiàn)"唱衰紙媒"和"轉(zhuǎn)崗公關(guān)"的討論;三、新聞傳播學術(shù)研究領(lǐng)域正在引入"戰(zhàn)略傳播"新范式。"陽謀論"和"陰謀論"之辯是中國公關(guān)學術(shù)研究的一個熱點議題;四、本研究最后提出"公關(guān)即戰(zhàn)略"的理論命題。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to explore the strategic nature of public relations in big data's time. Through in-depth interviews with 30 senior public relations practitioners and journalists in Greater China, and through an exploratory analysis based on the theory of taking root, the study finds: 1. The era of big data prompted China's public relations to have a "strategic turn" in the field of occupation, education and research. In particular, the professional field is facing a game of "dePR" and "PR". Based on the interesting phenomenon of "besieging", this study puts forward a contingency model of big data's public relations practice and contingency word cloud picture. The era of big data promoted the development trend of "integrated" and "interdisciplinary" in the field of public relations education in China, and began to present the discussion of "poor paper media" and "shifting post public relations"; third, A new paradigm of "strategic communication" is being introduced in the field of academic research on journalism and communication. The debate between "conspiracy theory" and "conspiracy theory" is a hot topic in Chinese public relations academic research. Fourthly, this study puts forward the theoretical proposition of "public relations is strategy" at the end of this study.
