網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)術(shù)信息傳播效果評估研究

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展,學(xué)術(shù)信息傳播有了新的平臺。學(xué)術(shù)信息傳播的模式也發(fā)生了改變。學(xué)術(shù)信息的傳播模式經(jīng)歷了從古代的人際傳播模式到大眾傳播模式再到今天的網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播模式的階段。這種傳播方式的改變推動學(xué)術(shù)信息傳播向高質(zhì)量、高效率發(fā)展。但是面對海量的學(xué)術(shù)信息,我們真?zhèn)坞y辨。如果讀者不加分析直接利用,會產(chǎn)生嚴重的后果。所以,網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)術(shù)信息傳播評估便顯得日益重要起來,它對于如何有效地利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)術(shù)信息資源,使高質(zhì)量的學(xué)術(shù)資源為學(xué)者所用有著重要意義。網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)術(shù)信息傳播效果以及如何對網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)術(shù)信息傳播效果進行評估,這不僅是網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息傳播領(lǐng)域的一個重要理論問題,也是網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)術(shù)信息傳播發(fā)展中迫切需要解決的實踐問題。以往的評價體系主要圍繞文獻計量學(xué)實現(xiàn)的指標(biāo)展開衡量評價,對于廣大研究學(xué)者反饋信息方面的收集并不予以重視。當(dāng)前研究專家相對較少,很多交叉學(xué)科專家評審方面難以尋找到適合的專家展開。其中很多專家都處于人情關(guān)系層面上落實相關(guān)意見,展開的評價結(jié)果無法體現(xiàn)出應(yīng)有的科學(xué)性、無法體現(xiàn)出應(yīng)有的真實性。不管是何種學(xué)術(shù)信息,最終面向多信息接受者便是最終的消費者,是學(xué)術(shù)信息的讀者,其的數(shù)量相比于其他專家人數(shù)要更多,并且對于學(xué)術(shù)信息的感興趣程度也有所不同,并且一般對于期刊質(zhì)量方面的評價相對客觀。在人工條件下該項工作難以落實,并且存在一定局限。通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)將存在的局限予以打破,更好地通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)為學(xué)術(shù)信息接收方提供更為便利的信息反饋平臺,通過平臺更好地了解學(xué)術(shù)信息接收方對學(xué)術(shù)信息的評價與閱讀情況,進一步結(jié)合定性分析與定量分析,進一步對網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)術(shù)信息展開評價,最終得出了通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)實現(xiàn)學(xué)術(shù)信息的傳播具備一定可行性。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的蓬勃發(fā)展,計算機科技的日漸成熟,人們越來越多的把自己的觀點和看法通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)途徑來進行交流,并逐漸成為了一種最流行的交流形式。博客、論壇和電商網(wǎng)站這些典型的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)用戶交流平臺上產(chǎn)生了大量用戶參與的評論信息,這些評論對于用戶都是有價值的。這些評論信息直接表達了用戶肯定或否定的態(tài)度。但是這些海量的信息及評論讓用戶在瀏覽時產(chǎn)生了干擾。越來越多的學(xué)術(shù)信息在我們堅定其有效性時會花費大量的時間。比如,學(xué)者在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上獲取學(xué)術(shù)類信息時,其他用戶的評論和留言就會對其提供參考意見和建議。本文中對網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)術(shù)信息傳播效果提出了評價模型,對這些評論文本的挖掘分析其能夠?qū)Ρ疚闹兴岬降膫鞑バЧ恼撓騻鞑シ治銎鸬疥P(guān)鍵的作用。對這些學(xué)術(shù)信息評論進行挖掘?qū)τ谧髡吆妥x者意義重大;诖,提出了基于情感詞典的情感傾向分析。并在獲取知網(wǎng)詞典的基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了網(wǎng)絡(luò)情感詞典,對基礎(chǔ)詞典進行完善和補充。從而基于組構(gòu)的詞典來進行情感傾向分析,并進行實驗。
[Abstract]:With the development of the Internet, the spread of academic information with the new platform. The dissemination of academic information mode has changed. The network academic information dissemination effect evaluation model is proposed. The mining of these text analysis of the positive and negative comments to the mentioned communication effect to spread analysis plays a key role. The academic information review mining for authors and readers of great significance. Based on this, puts forward the situation based on sentiment dictionary Based on the acquisition of HowNet dictionary, a network sentiment dictionary is built, which improves and complements the basic dictionaries. Based on the structure dictionary, we analyze the emotion tendency and carry out experiments.
