【摘要】：隨著大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,人類進(jìn)入了大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代,為了更好的實(shí)現(xiàn)大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)的正向價(jià)值,依靠大數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)、生活,迫在眉睫的研究大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)正向價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題擺在了人類面前。如何開(kāi)出數(shù)據(jù)之花、結(jié)出數(shù)據(jù)之果也在筆者的心中種下了探索之欲,但我深知,欲正其心者,先誠(chéng)其意;欲誠(chéng)其意者,先致其知的道理,通過(guò)對(duì)大量文獻(xiàn)資料的研究,大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)的二重性問(wèn)題成了本文行文的思考起點(diǎn)。在研究大數(shù)據(jù)的學(xué)術(shù)氛圍里,大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)的負(fù)向價(jià)值總是以較高的頻率出現(xiàn)且被人們討論,人類擔(dān)心負(fù)向價(jià)值帶來(lái)的隱私安全、倫理等問(wèn)題的實(shí)現(xiàn)會(huì)給個(gè)人及社會(huì)造成難以想象的災(zāi)難,如何消解與規(guī)避大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)的負(fù)向價(jià)值成了研究熱點(diǎn),反之大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)的正向價(jià)值,似乎并未引起太多的關(guān)注。其實(shí)不然,如何讓大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)正向價(jià)值得以實(shí)現(xiàn)、如何使大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)正向價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)增強(qiáng)、在何種層面對(duì)大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)的負(fù)向價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行消解、以及如何建立大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)正向價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)的一般原則等諸多具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的問(wèn)題都是客觀存在的,而且在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型的歷史性時(shí)期,對(duì)這些問(wèn)題的研究顯得更為緊迫�；诖�,本文認(rèn)為研究大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)正向價(jià)值,應(yīng)當(dāng)從如何實(shí)現(xiàn)、實(shí)現(xiàn)增強(qiáng)、消解矛盾、原則建構(gòu)等方面去綜合考慮,以期達(dá)到對(duì)大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)正向價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)的全面分析,有利于凸顯大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化、社會(huì)、生態(tài)中的地位。因此,本文從大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)正向價(jià)值的相關(guān)概念出發(fā),通過(guò)對(duì)大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)價(jià)值二重性、大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)正向價(jià)值的表現(xiàn)形式及一般標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)正向價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)的障礙、大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)正向價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)的三個(gè)原則等分析,切實(shí)從內(nèi)部與外部、主體與客體等辯證統(tǒng)一的關(guān)系上,全面深刻地剖析了關(guān)于大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)正向價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)的相關(guān)問(wèn)題,并從合規(guī)律性與合目的性相統(tǒng)一、手段合理性與目的合理性相統(tǒng)一以及大數(shù)據(jù)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展三個(gè)方面搭建了屬于我國(guó)大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)正向價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)的三原則,以期找到一條大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)能更好的為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展服務(wù)的可持續(xù)之路。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of big data's technology, mankind has entered the age of big data. In order to better realize the positive value of big data's technology, we rely on big data for production and life. The imminent problem of big data's technology positive value realization has been put in front of mankind. How to open the flower of data and bear the fruit of data also planted the desire of exploration in my heart, but I know very well that those who want to be right have their intentions first; By studying a large number of documents and materials, the duality of big data's technology has become the starting point of thinking in this article. In the academic atmosphere of studying big data, The negative value of big data technology always appears at a higher frequency and is discussed by people. People worry that the realization of privacy security, ethics and other issues brought about by negative value will cause unimaginable disasters to individuals and society. How to eliminate and circumvent the negative value of big data technology has become a hot research topic, whereas the positive value of big data technology does not seem to have attracted much attention. In fact, how to realize the positive value of big data technology has become a hot topic. How to enhance the positive value of big data technology, and at what level to eliminate the negative value realization of big data technology, Many practical problems, such as how to establish general principles for the positive realization of big data's technological value, are objectively existing, and in the historical period of economic and social transformation in China, The study of these problems is more urgent. Based on this, this paper holds that the study of big data's positive value should be considered comprehensively from the aspects of how to realize, enhance, resolve contradictions, construct principles, and so on. In order to achieve a comprehensive analysis of big data's positive value realization, it is helpful to highlight the position of big data technology in China's economy, politics, culture, society and ecology. By analyzing the duality of big data's technical value, the expression form and general standard of big data's technology forward value, the obstacle of big data's technology forward value realization, the three principles of big data's technology forward value realization, etc. From the dialectical unity of internal and external, subject and object, this paper analyzes the relevant problems about the realization of positive value of big data's technology in an all-round and profound way, and unifies the regularity and purpose. The unity of the rationality of means and the rationality of purpose and the sustainable development of big data have set up three principles that belong to the positive value realization of big data technology in our country. In order to find a big data technology can better serve the economic and social development of China's sustainable road.
