【摘要】：近年來,網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情已經(jīng)成為情報(bào)學(xué)、傳播學(xué)等領(lǐng)域研究的熱點(diǎn)主題,新媒體是推動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情出現(xiàn)的主要力量.新媒體輿情的形成、演化、預(yù)警、治理策略的研究較多,但是新媒體信息對特定行業(yè)人群信息決策行為的作用機(jī)理及其影響程度的研究較少.本文以新浪微博為例,利用Probit、Ordered Probit等回歸模型實(shí)證分析了新媒體形成的網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情對審計(jì)意見決策的影響及其作用機(jī)理,以期了解和掌握新媒體對特定行業(yè)人群信息決策行為的影響,為新媒體治理和監(jiān)管提供借鑒和支持.研究結(jié)果表明,審計(jì)師同時(shí)關(guān)注了新媒體發(fā)布的原創(chuàng)信息和轉(zhuǎn)載的已有信息;新媒體發(fā)布和傳播的公司負(fù)面信息越多,審計(jì)師越有可能對上市公司的年報(bào)出具非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)審計(jì)意見;新媒體負(fù)面信息縮短了公司違規(guī)被監(jiān)管部門處罰的時(shí)間期限,在一定程度上增加了審計(jì)師面臨的訴訟風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)期.
[Abstract]:In recent years, network public opinion has become a hot topic in the fields of information science, communication science, etc. New media is the main force to promote the emergence of network public opinion. However, there are few studies on the mechanism and influence of new media information on the information decision-making behavior of people in specific industries. This paper takes Weibo of Sina as an example. By using probit-ordered Probit regression model, this paper empirically analyzes the influence of network public opinion formed by new media on audit opinion decision-making and its mechanism, in order to understand and master the influence of new media on information decision-making behavior of people in specific industries. Provide reference and support for the governance and regulation of new media. The results show that auditors pay attention to both original and existing information published by new media; the more negative information they publish and disseminate about companies, the more negative information they publish and disseminate. Auditors are more likely to issue a non-standard audit opinion on the annual report of listed companies; the negative information of new media shortens the time limit for companies to be punished by the regulatory authorities and increases the expectation of litigation risks faced by auditors to a certain extent.
