【摘要】：數(shù)據(jù)與信息是圖書情報(bào)學(xué)、信息科學(xué)、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)等學(xué)科的兩個(gè)基本術(shù)語,是構(gòu)成學(xué)科的核心概念或范疇,然而兩者之間的邏輯關(guān)系,長期以來一直沒有厘清。文章通過文獻(xiàn)研究法、概念分析法、歷史研究法和比較研究法,在對(duì)國內(nèi)外主要文獻(xiàn)中有關(guān)概念內(nèi)涵與外延進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,概括出四種代表性的觀點(diǎn),即"數(shù)據(jù)大于信息說""信息大于數(shù)據(jù)說""數(shù)據(jù)與信息等同說""數(shù)據(jù)與信息相對(duì)說"。其中,"數(shù)據(jù)大于信息說"影響最為廣泛,這與DIKW概念鏈模式有關(guān),而這個(gè)概念鏈模式的邏輯并不清楚,并不能很好地反映數(shù)據(jù)、信息、知識(shí)以及智慧之間的關(guān)系。對(duì)于數(shù)據(jù)與信息的關(guān)系,本文從哲學(xué)、人們約定俗成的慣例、信息與數(shù)據(jù)概念的變化過程、最新的國際組織及各國政府文件層面考慮,論證了"信息大于數(shù)據(jù)"的觀點(diǎn),認(rèn)為此種觀點(diǎn)更具解釋力和合理性。圖3。參考文獻(xiàn)28。
[Abstract]:Data and information are two basic terms of library and information science, information science, computer science and so on. They are the core concepts or categories of discipline, but the logical relationship between them. It has not been clarified for a long time. On the basis of analyzing the connotation and extension of related concepts in the main literature at home and abroad, the article analyzes the methods of literature research, conceptual analysis, historical research and comparative research. Four representative viewpoints are summarized: "data is greater than information", "information is greater than data", "data and information are equal", "data and information are relative", among them, "data greater than information" has the most extensive influence, which is related to DIKW concept chain pattern. And the logic of this conceptual chain pattern is not clear enough to reflect the relationship between data, information, knowledge and wisdom. The changing process of the concept of information and data, considered at the level of the latest international organizations and government documents, demonstrates the view that "information is greater than data", and that this view is more explanatory and reasonable. 3 fig. 28 refs.
