【摘要】：全媒體時代的到來,對于我國高校傳媒教育人才培養(yǎng)提出了更高的要求。為此,文章首先分析了全媒體時代的媒介融合引發(fā)的媒介生態(tài)變化,在此基礎(chǔ)上指出了二、全媒體時代高校傳媒教育內(nèi)涵和目標(biāo)的變化。隨后本文分析了我國高校傳媒教育管理存在的一些主要問題,包括專業(yè)定位單一、學(xué)生缺乏實(shí)踐訓(xùn)練、課程體系交叉不夠、缺乏對人才的個性化培養(yǎng)、雙師型和跨媒體師資匱乏、復(fù)合型傳媒人才稀少等。之后又總結(jié)了美國傳媒教育的成功之處,從中找出了一些我國傳媒教育可借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn),最后提出了全媒體時代下高校傳媒教育管理模式改革策略。
[Abstract]:The arrival of the all-media age has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of talents in media education in colleges and universities in China. For this reason, the article first analyzes the media ecological changes caused by the media integration in the all-media era, and points out two points out on this basis. Then this paper analyzes some main problems in the management of media education in colleges and universities in China, including the singularity of professional orientation, the lack of practical training for students, the lack of cross-curriculum system, and the changes of the connotation and goal of the media education in colleges and universities in the whole media era. Lack of individualized training of talents, lack of dual and cross-media teachers, lack of compound media talents, etc. After that, the success of American media education is summed up, and some experiences of media education in our country can be learned from it. Finally, the paper puts forward the reform strategy of the media education management mode in colleges and universities in the media age.
