【摘要】：市場經(jīng)濟體制的深化改革,對廣電互動數(shù)字電視實際應用范圍的擴大產(chǎn)生了積極的影響,充分地滿足了人們的實際需求。在此形勢的影響下,為了提高廣電行業(yè)的綜合市場競爭力,需要加快"模擬電視數(shù)字化、數(shù)字電視雙向化"整體轉(zhuǎn)換工程建設步伐,構建符合廣電事業(yè)發(fā)展需要的運行模式,注重工程項目管理,實現(xiàn)工程建設效益最大化的發(fā)展目標�；诖�,本文將對廣電互動數(shù)字電視整體轉(zhuǎn)換工程中的項目管理進行必要的探討。
[Abstract]:The deepening reform of the market economy system has had a positive impact on the expansion of the practical application scope of radio and television interactive digital television, and fully met the actual needs of people. Under the influence of this situation, In order to improve the comprehensive market competitiveness of the radio and television industry, it is necessary to speed up the construction of the "digital analog television, two-way digital television" transformation project construction, to build a running mode that meets the needs of the development of the radio and television industry, and to pay attention to the project management. In order to realize the development goal of maximizing the benefit of engineering construction, this paper will discuss the project management in the whole conversion project of radio and television interactive digital TV.
