網(wǎng)約車車主信息共享行為調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:近些年來網(wǎng)絡(luò)約車市場的發(fā)展,使得出租車市場分化出與傳統(tǒng)出租車運(yùn)營模式不同的網(wǎng)約車運(yùn)營模式,對于目前城市化進(jìn)程中促進(jìn)交通發(fā)展發(fā)揮著極大的作用。然而網(wǎng)約車打車軟件正處在市場培育的階段,雖然具備良好的發(fā)展前景,但是如何將其進(jìn)行有效的推廣是一個急需解決的問題。目前學(xué)術(shù)界在網(wǎng)約車領(lǐng)域的研究甚少,對于網(wǎng)約車車主信息共享行為的研究幾乎是空白。本文以網(wǎng)約車車主為例,采用參與式觀察法和訪談法,在對網(wǎng)約車、網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息行為、信息共享行為等相關(guān)理論知識進(jìn)行深入研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對網(wǎng)約車車主的信息共享行為進(jìn)行探討。首先,在信息共享行為研究基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計網(wǎng)約車車主信息行為相關(guān)的訪談提綱,對20個車主進(jìn)行人口統(tǒng)計與分析,分別從共享平臺、方式、內(nèi)容、動機(jī)和情感認(rèn)知變化五個方面分析網(wǎng)約車車主的信息共享行為。其中,共享行為分為滴滴平臺內(nèi)和滴滴平臺外兩種,滴滴平臺外分為第三方平臺上和第三方平臺外兩種。調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)20個車主都具有平臺發(fā)布信息和滴滴平臺內(nèi)外的乘客交流行為,其次占比多的是軟件交流和邀請好友行為。共享內(nèi)容主要包括:接單需求、行程時間、旅游信息、防騙信息、行業(yè)信息、行車時間、工作經(jīng)歷心得、車輛心得體驗(yàn)、生活狀態(tài)環(huán)境、跑車動機(jī)。共享的方式主要包括發(fā)布信息、交流交談、評價評論、轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)信息。共享動機(jī)主要包括獲取基本需求動機(jī)、獲得利益、社交動機(jī)、名譽(yù)聲望動機(jī)、情緒表達(dá)、個人習(xí)慣、利他主義、安全需要動機(jī)。共享的情感變化在獲取信息、共享信息、共享反饋三個階段進(jìn)行分析。論文最后初步分析了網(wǎng)約車車主共享存在問題。本文的創(chuàng)新之處為:選擇網(wǎng)約車車主為研究對象,對網(wǎng)約車車主信息共享行為特征進(jìn)行了比較全面的總結(jié),并對網(wǎng)約車車主在信息共享過程中的問題進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of the network ride-sharing market, the taxi market has differentiated into a different network ride-sharing operation mode from the traditional taxi operation mode. It plays a great role in promoting the development of transportation in the process of urbanization. However, the Web-hailing software is in the stage of market cultivation, although it has a good development prospect. But how to popularize it effectively is an urgent problem to be solved. At present, there are few researches in the field of net-chartering in academic circles, and the research on the information sharing behavior of net-chartered car owners is almost blank. In this paper, the author takes the net-chartered car owners as an example. By means of participatory observation and interview, the information sharing behavior of vehicle owners is discussed on the basis of in-depth study of related theoretical knowledge, such as net-chartered car, network information behavior, information sharing behavior and so on. Based on the research of information sharing behavior, the author designs an interview outline about the information behavior of vehicle owner, carries on the demographic statistics and analysis to 20 vehicle owners, respectively from the sharing platform, the way, the content, This paper analyzes the information sharing behavior of car owners in five aspects of motivation and emotional cognition. Among them, the sharing behavior is divided into two types: DiDi platform and DiDi platform. DiDi's platform is divided into two types: one is on a third-party platform and the other is on a third-party platform. The investigation found that all 20 vehicle owners have the behavior of publishing information on the platform and communicating with passengers inside and outside the DiDi platform. The second is software exchange and the behavior of inviting friends. The sharing content mainly includes: order demand, travel time, travel information, anti-fraud information, industry information, travel time, work experience, vehicle experience, etc. State of life environment, sports car motivation. Sharing methods mainly include publishing information, communicating with each other, evaluating comments, forwarding information. Sharing motivation mainly includes obtaining basic needs motivation, obtaining benefits, social motivation, reputation motivation, etc. Emotional expressions, personal habits, altruism, security require motivation. Shared emotional changes in access to information, sharing of information, The sharing feedback is analyzed in three stages. Finally, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the sharing of the car owners. The innovation of this paper is: select the owners of the car owners of the network as the research object, This paper summarizes the behavior characteristics of information sharing of vehicle owners and analyzes the problems in the process of information sharing.
