【摘要】：文章通過對歐盟FP7框架下發(fā)展成熟且具有代表性的社交媒體信息采集與保存項目ARCOMEM采用的信息采集機制、采集標準、采集策略和采集方法等方面予以深入剖析,提出了建立多元的組織協(xié)作采集機制、制定科學規(guī)范的采集標準、運用多目標驅動的采集策略、開發(fā)智能化的采集方法等建議,以期為我國社交媒體信息采集與保存的相關研究提供啟示和借鑒。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the mechanism, standards, strategies and methods of social media information collection and preservation project ARCOMEM, which is a mature and representative social media information collection and preservation project under the framework of EU FP7. Some suggestions are put forward, such as the establishment of multiple organization and cooperation collection mechanism, the establishment of scientific and normative collection standards, the use of multi-target driven acquisition strategy, and the development of intelligent collection methods. In order to provide inspiration and reference for the relevant research of social media information collection and preservation in China.
