【摘要】：正近年來,隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和新媒體的跨越式發(fā)展,公民媒體(civil media)的概念不斷被學(xué)者在各類論壇上提及。其中,提得最多、喊得最響的當(dāng)屬北京大學(xué)視聽傳播研究中心主任陸地教授。近一年來,陸地教授幾乎逢會(huì)必談"公民媒體",反復(fù)強(qiáng)調(diào)"公民媒體"出現(xiàn)和發(fā)展的媒介意義、學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值與社會(huì)價(jià)值。從"公共媒體"到"公民媒體",只有一字之差,為何陸地教授如此重視這種變化或者轉(zhuǎn)變呢?北京大學(xué)新聞
[Abstract]:Just in recent years, with the rapid development of the Internet and new media, the media (Civil media) of the citizen concept has been mentioned in various forums. Among them, the most frequently mentioned, professor and director of audio-visual communication research center of Peking University is the land the loudest. In recent years, almost every professor will have to talk about land "citizen media", "media citizen" repeatedly stressed the emergence and development of media significance, academic value and social value.
