【摘要】：新聞傳播中合理使用新聞作品包括"時事新聞報道中的使用"和"對時事性文章的使用"兩種情形�；诓煌恼呖剂�,各國著作權(quán)法的規(guī)定有所差異。我國目前正在進(jìn)行的第三次著作權(quán)法修訂應(yīng)該借鑒其他法域的合理規(guī)定,對《著作權(quán)法》第二十二條第一款第三、四項的內(nèi)容加以修改。
[Abstract]:The rational use of news works in news communication includes "use in current affairs news reports" and "use of current affairs articles." based on different policy considerations, The third revision of copyright law currently under way in China should draw lessons from the reasonable provisions of other jurisdictions and amend the contents of item 3 and item 4 of Article 1 of Article 22th of the copyright Law.
