【摘要】：張騫兩次出使西域,鄭和七下西洋,共同開創(chuàng)了連通中國與世界的絲綢之路。21世紀,我國提出"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略,與古代絲綢之路采用了相同的表達方法,卻有著完全不同的時代背景。作為現(xiàn)代社會的主要標志之一,高度發(fā)達的大眾傳播媒介帶來前所未有的傳播速度與傳播范圍,也具備了對社會產(chǎn)生空前影響的巨大能力。體現(xiàn)在文化的傳播與交流上,便是可以通過其所提示的"擬態(tài)環(huán)境",對受眾進行潛移默化的"培養(yǎng)",進而發(fā)揮對社會的控制作用,并對國家安全(尤其是文化安全)產(chǎn)生深遠影響。本文結(jié)合"一帶一路"的具體戰(zhàn)略,論述媒介的文化安全作用,并進一步探討如何在當下的融媒語境里用好新媒介,用好大眾傳播,充分發(fā)揮媒介的文化安全作用。
[Abstract]:Zhang Qian's two missions to the Western regions, Zheng he's seven voyages to the West, and the founding of the Silk Road between China and the world. In the 21st century, China put forward the strategy of "Belt and Road", and adopted the same expression method as the ancient Silk Road. As one of the main symbols of modern society, the highly developed mass media bring unprecedented speed and scope of communication. It also has the tremendous ability to have an unprecedented impact on society. It is reflected in the dissemination and exchange of culture, which means that the audience can be "cultivated" imperceptibly through the "pseudo environment" it suggests, and thus play a controlling role in the society. It has a profound influence on national security (especially cultural security). This paper discusses the role of the media in cultural security, and further discusses how to make good use of the new media in the current context of media fusion, combined with the specific strategy of "Belt and Road". Make good use of mass communication, give full play to the role of cultural security of the media.
