表演、情境和框架:網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)中淘寶群體的信用互動(dòng)

【摘要】:淘寶或者電子商務(wù)乃至"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"能發(fā)展到當(dāng)下這個(gè)程度,其信用模式發(fā)揮了非常重要的作用。在這套體系模式所創(chuàng)造的體系生態(tài)里,圍繞在信用打分評(píng)價(jià)周圍,賣家、買家以及刷單團(tuán)隊(duì)頻繁地進(jìn)行互動(dòng),發(fā)揮著自己的作用。其中賣家是重要的角色,他們許多人沒有自己的工廠,也沒有自己的實(shí)體店鋪?康木褪翘詫毜赇伒男庞玫燃(jí),從而可以不斷地經(jīng)營。從某種意義上講,整個(gè)信用互動(dòng)也是一個(gè)大舞臺(tái)。在賣家淘寶信用表演的小舞臺(tái)上面,賣家依賴的是對(duì)于淘寶信用形象的維護(hù),主要體現(xiàn)在對(duì)信息流動(dòng)的控制,包括增加有利信用和控制負(fù)面信用。而這些所有的活動(dòng),目的都在于更好地生存,信用只是手段,取"信"而"用"。其次,刷單平臺(tái)與刷手團(tuán)隊(duì),他們被賣家雇傭,來為信用扮演提供助力。通過模擬真實(shí)購物,他們對(duì)刷單過程進(jìn)行了全程監(jiān)控,不被淘寶查處,從而保證信用增加的可靠性。最終成為淘寶經(jīng)營的日;顒(dòng),成為建構(gòu)信用互動(dòng)的重要成分。而其中的成員幾乎都是淘寶的買家和賣家,雙方在不斷地合力維系和美化淘寶店鋪的信用等級(jí)。當(dāng)然,信用也會(huì)出現(xiàn)沖突和爭斗,信用互動(dòng)的簡單粗糙,普遍的刷好評(píng)行為,讓中差評(píng)失去了生存空間。圍繞在中差評(píng)周圍,賣家和買家分別利用信用規(guī)則來進(jìn)行斗法,獲得相應(yīng)的補(bǔ)償。而賣家之間的差評(píng)相向,很容易引起互相報(bào)復(fù)。因?yàn)殡p方對(duì)規(guī)則的熟練把控,變得非常難追蹤,甚至演變出雇傭差評(píng)師來報(bào)復(fù)對(duì)方的店鋪?梢哉f,信用的表演和群體之間的互動(dòng),導(dǎo)致了淘寶以及淘寶村的迅速發(fā)展,這樣的信用表演雖然產(chǎn)生了信用情境,導(dǎo)致了相當(dāng)程度的信用框架問題。但是,信用互動(dòng)所體現(xiàn)出的問題,表明淘寶多年建立起來生態(tài)和表演舞臺(tái)正在失去原有光芒,雖然它仍然發(fā)揮作用,但重要性逐漸讓位于資本和權(quán)力。所以說,一些研究認(rèn)為淘寶和信用互動(dòng)的成功,可以回答中國社會(huì)"普遍信任"的缺失的問題,然而這套信用互動(dòng)當(dāng)中所體現(xiàn)出的特點(diǎn)卻無法提供足夠的證明。相反,信用更多的時(shí)候成為雙方相互威脅的武器。并不能說,特殊信任已經(jīng)被普遍信任或者系統(tǒng)信任所取代,應(yīng)該說特殊信任已經(jīng)被網(wǎng)絡(luò)信用互動(dòng)型塑,產(chǎn)生了結(jié)構(gòu)性的變化。它超越了傳統(tǒng)血緣、地緣的限定,即使在普遍"缺場"的情形下,仍然發(fā)揮著作用。這樣的型塑過程,來自于網(wǎng)絡(luò)化社會(huì)程度不斷增強(qiáng)下,現(xiàn)實(shí)與虛擬信用的碰撞與融合的結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:Taobao or e-commerce or even the "Internet" can develop to the current level, its credit model has played a very important role. Around credit rating, sellers, buyers, and brushing teams interact frequently and play their part. Sellers are important roles, and many of them do not have their own factories. Also do not have their own physical stores. Rely on Taobao shop credit rating, so that can continue to operate. In a sense. The whole credit interaction is also a big stage. On the small stage of the seller Taobao credit performance, the seller relies on the maintenance of Taobao credit image, mainly reflected in the control of information flow. All of these activities are aimed at better survival. Credit is only a means to take "trust" and "use". Second, brush the platform and brush the hands of the team. They are hired by sellers to help credit play. By simulating real shopping, they monitor the process of brushing all the way, not by Taobao. In order to ensure the reliability of credit increase, it becomes the daily operation of Taobao, and become an important component of credit interaction, and almost all of its members are buyers and sellers of Taobao. Both sides are constantly working together to maintain and beautify the credit rating of Taobao shops. Of course, credit will also appear conflict and struggle, simple and crude credit interaction, widespread praise behavior. Around the margin evaluation, the seller and the buyer respectively use the credit rules to fight, and get the corresponding compensation. It's easy to get revenge on each other. Because the two sides' mastery of the rules becomes very difficult to track and even evolve to hire bad assessors to retaliate against each other's shops. It leads to the rapid development of Taobao and Taobao Village, such a credit performance has generated a credit situation, leading to a considerable degree of credit framework problems. However, credit interaction reflects the problems. It shows that Taobao has built up the ecological and performing stage for many years is losing its original light, although it still plays a role, but the importance gradually gives way to capital and power. So say. Some studies believe that the success of Taobao and credit interaction can answer the lack of "general trust" in Chinese society. However, the characteristics of this set of credit interaction can not provide sufficient proof. On the contrary. Credit is more often the weapon of mutual threat. It can not be said that special trust has been replaced by universal trust or system trust, but that special trust has been shaped by network credit interaction. It has produced structural changes. It transcends the traditional consanguinity, geographical constraints, even in the general "lack of field" situation, still play a role in the molding process. It comes from the collision and fusion of reality and virtual credit under the increasing degree of network society.
