【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的普及帶來了信息傳遞方式的變革,正應(yīng)了麥克盧漢的“媒介即訊息”理論,最終被世人記得的并不是具體內(nèi)容,而是媒介本身的信息呈現(xiàn)方式。不僅是傳媒人搭乘新媒體的快車,政府機(jī)關(guān)從電子政務(wù)出現(xiàn)以來,先是設(shè)立門戶網(wǎng)站,而后又開通官方微博、微信公眾號(hào),十分重視大眾傳媒的政務(wù)公開、民意溝通、行為監(jiān)督、輿論引導(dǎo)功能。政務(wù)微博中的共青團(tuán)類微博,不僅有“共青團(tuán)中央”微博,還有山東共青團(tuán)、新疆共青團(tuán)、山西共青團(tuán)等,形成“共青團(tuán)+互聯(lián)網(wǎng)”從中央到地方層級(jí)的全覆蓋。本文正文分四個(gè)章節(jié),第一章是理論闡述和概念普及,先對(duì)貫穿全文的名詞“政治傳播”做概念上的界定,并從政治活動(dòng)、政治信息告知、政治形象傳播、馬克思主義傳播四個(gè)角度來剖析政治傳播的具體內(nèi)容。理清這個(gè)基本概念之后,將視線轉(zhuǎn)移到政務(wù)微博,交代了政務(wù)微博的概念,并從宏觀視角分析政務(wù)微博的特點(diǎn)和功能,為下面分析“共青團(tuán)中央”微博這個(gè)個(gè)例鋪墊了理論基礎(chǔ)。由此引出“共青團(tuán)中央”微博的概況簡(jiǎn)介。第二章主要采用內(nèi)容分析法,選取“共青團(tuán)中央”微博2016年7月至2017年3月的3233條微博內(nèi)容為樣本,先是按議題分為13個(gè)類別做數(shù)量統(tǒng)計(jì),明確其中跟政治相關(guān)的信息比例,哪類內(nèi)容體現(xiàn)了傳播者的意圖。再從話題設(shè)置上了解共青團(tuán)微博的傳播策略,之后脫離內(nèi)容來分析形式,根據(jù)對(duì)熱門微博的記錄,統(tǒng)計(jì)出原創(chuàng)內(nèi)容與外部轉(zhuǎn)載的比例、信息展現(xiàn)形式。第三章是本文研究的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容,也是論文的題目。結(jié)合前一章對(duì)微博內(nèi)容的具體分析,將有研究?jī)r(jià)值的內(nèi)容按主體或是主題歸類,發(fā)現(xiàn)信息帶來的政治傳播功能。除了具有政務(wù)微博的共同功能之外,還具有自身獨(dú)特的傳播功能,綜合歸納為具有提升國家形象、進(jìn)行議程設(shè)置、搭建溝通平臺(tái)、監(jiān)察社會(huì)動(dòng)態(tài)、提高公民政治素養(yǎng)的功能。第四章試圖探索如何提高“共青團(tuán)中央”微博的政治傳播力,將視野放寬,不僅能看到微博自身形式與內(nèi)容的創(chuàng)新,還要看到其拓展其他網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)的“良苦用心”,一切都是為了提升青年受眾的政治素養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:The popularity of the Internet has brought about a change in the way of information transmission, which is in line with McLuhan's theory of "Media is Information", and what the world eventually remembers is not the concrete content. It is the information presentation method of the media itself. It is not only the media people who take the new media express train, but also the government agencies since the emergence of e-government, first set up a portal, then opened the official Weibo, WeChat Official account. We attach great importance to the public affairs of the mass media, public opinion communication, behavior supervision, public opinion guidance function. In the political affairs Weibo, the Communist Youth League Weibo not only has the "Communist Youth League Central Committee" Weibo, but also the Shandong Communist Youth League. Xinjiang Communist Youth League, Shanxi Communist Youth League and so on, form the "Communist Youth League Internet" from the central to the local level full coverage. This text is divided into four chapters, the first chapter is theoretical elaboration and concept popularization. First of all, the concept of "political communication" is defined, and from the political activities, political information, political image communication. This paper analyzes the concrete contents of political communication from four angles of Marxist communication. After clarifying this basic concept, the author shifts his attention to the government affairs Weibo and explains the concept of government affairs Weibo. And from the macro perspective to analyze the characteristics and functions of government affairs Weibo. For the following analysis of the "Central Communist Youth League" Weibo this case laid a theoretical foundation, leading to the "Communist Youth League Central" Weibo overview. Chapter two mainly uses the content analysis. Selected "Communist Youth League Central" Weibo from July 2016 to March 2017, 3233 Weibo content as a sample, first divided into 13 categories of quantitative statistics according to the topic. Clear the proportion of information related to politics, which kind of content reflects the intention of the communicators. Then from the topic set to understand the Communist Youth League Weibo communication strategy, and then separated from the content to analyze the form. According to the records of the popular Weibo, statistics the proportion of original content and external reprint, the form of information presentation. The third chapter is the focus of this study. It is also the title of the paper. Combined with the previous chapter of the specific analysis of the content of Weibo, will have the value of the content according to the subject or theme classification. Discover the political communication function brought by information. In addition to the common function of government affairs Weibo, it also has its own unique communication function, which is summarized as the promotion of national image, agenda setting. The 4th chapter tries to explore how to improve the political communication power of the "Communist Youth League Central Committee" Weibo, and broaden the scope of vision. Not only can we see the innovation of Weibo's own form and content, but also see his "good intentions" to expand other network platforms, all in order to enhance the youth audience's political literacy.
