【摘要】：【目的/意義】對(duì)"知乎"用戶進(jìn)行分類,識(shí)別不同類別的用戶特征,并對(duì)其問(wèn)答行為進(jìn)行分析�！痉椒�/過(guò)程】運(yùn)用火車頭采集器抓取社會(huì)化問(wèn)答平臺(tái)用戶個(gè)人特征與行為的客觀數(shù)據(jù)共計(jì)475636個(gè),運(yùn)用R語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行樣本分離,對(duì)三類子樣本構(gòu)建回歸模型進(jìn)行分析�！窘Y(jié)果/結(jié)論】Question_lover組用戶的行為動(dòng)機(jī)以求知?jiǎng)訖C(jī)與利他動(dòng)機(jī)為主;Answer_lover組用戶表現(xiàn)較符合社交型用戶特點(diǎn);Majority組用戶具有很強(qiáng)的享受幫助、興趣動(dòng)機(jī)和社交動(dòng)機(jī),該組男性用戶在問(wèn)答行為上顯著活躍于女性用戶,但這種差異在其他兩組并不顯著。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to classify the users , identify different kinds of user characteristics , and analyze their question and answer behavior . The method / process analyzes the behaviors of the user ' s personal characteristics and behaviors of the social question and answer platform by using the locomotive head collector . The results of the analysis / process are as follows : the user ' s behavior motivation is based on the motivation and the motivation of the social type ; the group users have strong enjoyment of help , interest motivation and social motivation , and the group of male users are obviously active in the female users in question and answer behavior , but the difference is not significant in other two groups .
