【摘要】：[目的/意義]知識生命周期理論為公共衛(wèi)生知識管理提供新的研究思路。知識的有效管理對公共衛(wèi)生類突發(fā)事件應(yīng)急管理工作的開展至關(guān)重要,亟需系統(tǒng)的知識管理體系來指導(dǎo)具體的管理活動。[方法/過程]本文首先剖析了我國公共衛(wèi)生類突發(fā)事件的知識管理及生命周期的研究現(xiàn)狀,在此基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了支持知識全生命周期的公共衛(wèi)生類突發(fā)事件應(yīng)急知識管理體系,最后,探討了公共衛(wèi)生類突發(fā)事件應(yīng)急知識管理體系面臨的關(guān)鍵問題。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]通過對公共衛(wèi)生知識進行生命周期管理,厘清第四范式環(huán)境下衛(wèi)生知識生命周期各個環(huán)節(jié),為公共衛(wèi)生類突發(fā)事件應(yīng)急管理工作的開展提供參考。
[Abstract]:[Objective / significance knowledge life cycle theory provides a new research idea for public health knowledge management. The effective management of knowledge is very important to the development of public health emergency management. A systematic knowledge management system is urgently needed to guide specific management activities. [Methods: firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation of knowledge management and life cycle of public health emergencies in China. An emergency knowledge management system for public health emergencies is constructed, which supports the whole life cycle of public health. Finally, the key problems in the knowledge management system of public health emergencies are discussed. [Results / conclusion: through the life-cycle management of public health knowledge, we can clarify every link of health knowledge life cycle under the environment of 4th paradigm, and provide reference for the development of emergency management of public health emergencies.
