基于GIS的重大公共事件報(bào)道指揮系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:針對新聞媒體中重大公共事件報(bào)道指揮工作的實(shí)際需要,將GIS與新聞應(yīng)急報(bào)道業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)合,解決當(dāng)前新聞應(yīng)急報(bào)道業(yè)務(wù)中的痛點(diǎn)。對基于GIS的重大公共事件報(bào)道指揮系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn),對業(yè)務(wù)流程、系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)功能等方面進(jìn)行了研究,并在"9·3閱兵"新聞報(bào)道中應(yīng)用和實(shí)踐。實(shí)踐結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)的許多集成創(chuàng)新在媒體行業(yè)尚屬首次,對重大公共事件報(bào)道指揮的工作管理模式、綜合保障方法具有革命性的意義,對現(xiàn)代物聯(lián)網(wǎng)式報(bào)道指揮中心的建設(shè)具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the actual needs of reporting and directing the major public events in the news media, the GIS is combined with the news emergency reporting business. To solve the current news emergency reporting business pain points. Based on the major public event reporting command system based on GIS design and implementation, business process, system architecture, system functions and other aspects are studied. The practical results show that many integrated innovations of the system are for the first time in the media industry, and the work management mode of reporting and directing the major public events is the first time. The comprehensive support method is of revolutionary significance and instructive to the construction of modern Internet of things report command center.
