【摘要】：正列寧有一篇從標(biāo)題看是關(guān)于教育的文章《論教育人民委員部的工作》,但論證的主要是報(bào)刊工作,這是一篇重要的列寧新聞?dòng)^文獻(xiàn),體現(xiàn)出他對(duì)新經(jīng)濟(jì)政策(即市場經(jīng)濟(jì))條件下文化-新聞體制的思考。該文發(fā)表于1921年2月7日的《真理報(bào)》,中譯文收入中文版《列寧全集》(第2版40卷327-337頁,人民出版社1986年版,約7500字)。文章前三分之一主要談綜合技術(shù)教育和專家參加工作,后三分之二論述的是報(bào)刊書籍的發(fā)行和分配問題。
[Abstract]:Lenin has an article on education, "on the work of the people's Committee of Education", but the main argument is the work of the press, which is an important document on Lenin's view of the press. Reflects his thoughts on the culture-news system under the condition of the new economic policy (i.e. market economy). The article was published in the February 7th 1921 issue of the True Times. Chinese version of complete works of Lenin (2nd edition, vol. 40, pp. 327-337, people's Publishing House, 1986). The first 1/3 of the article mainly talks about comprehensive technical education and experts to participate in the work, and 2/3 discusses the issue of the distribution and distribution of newspapers and magazines.
