【摘要】：[目的/意義]通過梳理國內(nèi)外個人信息管理行為研究,有助于了解國內(nèi)外在此領(lǐng)域的研究進(jìn)展,為后續(xù)學(xué)術(shù)研究提供參考,從而彌補(bǔ)國內(nèi)研究缺陷和不足。[方法/過程]通過跟蹤和選取國內(nèi)外重要研究成果,采用歸納法揭示當(dāng)前研究熱點并對相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行評述。首先通過概念辨析對個人信息管理行為的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行解釋,其次發(fā)現(xiàn)國外個人信息管理行為研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展動態(tài)主要體現(xiàn)為研究對象增多、呈現(xiàn)跨學(xué)科特征,研究內(nèi)容更加豐富,行為影響因素的研究不斷深入,多種研究方法相結(jié)合。最后對國內(nèi)相關(guān)研究成果進(jìn)行總結(jié)和對比分析。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]在此基礎(chǔ)上,未來應(yīng)從多學(xué)科框架對個人信息管理行為進(jìn)行綜合研究,從用戶認(rèn)知視角研究個人信息管理行為特點和變化規(guī)律,關(guān)注用戶個體差異化,構(gòu)建融合情境感知的個性化信息推薦機(jī)制,有利于應(yīng)對當(dāng)前信息超載、冗余、碎片化的問題,從而提高個人信息利用效率。
[Abstract]:[Objective / significance] by combing the research of personal information management behavior at home and abroad, it is helpful to understand the research progress in this field at home and abroad, to provide reference for the subsequent academic research, and to make up for the defects and deficiencies of domestic research. [Method / process] by tracking and selecting important research results at home and abroad. Inductive method is used to reveal the current research hotspots and to comment on the relevant research. Firstly, the connotation of personal information management behavior is explained through concept discrimination. Secondly, it is found that the research status and development trends of personal information management behavior abroad are mainly reflected in the increasing number of research objects, interdisciplinary characteristics, richer research content and in-depth research on the influencing factors of behavior. Finally, the domestic related research results are summarized and compared. [Results / conclusion] on this basis, we should conduct a comprehensive study on the behavior of personal information management from the multi-disciplinary framework in the future, and study the characteristics and the law of change of the behavior of personal information management from the perspective of user cognition. Paying attention to the individual differentiation of users and constructing a personalized information recommendation mechanism which integrates situational perception can help to deal with the problems of information overload redundancy and fragmentation and thus improve the efficiency of personal information utilization.
