【摘要】：在日新月異的網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展環(huán)境中,樂視體育作為一家專業(yè)體育賽事直播平臺,于2014年從樂視網(wǎng)獨立出來,經(jīng)過了3年的迅速發(fā)展,已經(jīng)成為國內(nèi)擁有體育賽事版權(quán)最多的直播平臺,并與旗下的章魚TV一起推進HULU模式與UGC模式的共同發(fā)展。可以說樂視擁有的版權(quán)資源以及平臺資源使其在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)體育產(chǎn)業(yè)中的實力不容忽視。面對如此繁多的體育網(wǎng)站以及如此復雜的網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境,樂視體育這個迅速崛起的平臺為什么能夠脫穎而出?在發(fā)展的過程中又面臨怎樣的問題與挑戰(zhàn)?本篇論文運用文獻資料法、邏輯分析法與個案研究法,以樂視體育為研究對象,從樂視體育的特點這一角度進行全面分析,并提出樂視現(xiàn)階段存在的問題,針對問題提出合理可行的發(fā)展路徑,同時尋找樂視體育對于國內(nèi)體育網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻直播平臺的借鑒意義,對于我國體育網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻直播平臺發(fā)展方向提出建議,助力于新媒體時代下我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)體育視頻直播平臺健康穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展。研究結(jié)果如下:樂視體育作為一家新興的體育網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻直播平臺,其在直播內(nèi)容、直播形式、直播技術(shù)以及產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈模式等方面都有獨到之處。直播內(nèi)容方面,樂視體育注重版權(quán)的擴張以及小眾領(lǐng)域的開發(fā),并利用優(yōu)質(zhì)的賽事資源以及優(yōu)質(zhì)體育明星打造自制節(jié)目;直播形式方面,樂視的HULU模式和章魚TV的UGC模式在受眾人群,傳播方式方面形成互補;直播技術(shù)方面,重視直播技術(shù)的革新,重視發(fā)展觀看平臺的多樣性;經(jīng)營方式方面,通過自主研發(fā)體育賽事IP來降低對購買版權(quán)的依賴度,通過與不同領(lǐng)域企業(yè)的合作擴大影響力,由內(nèi)容平臺轉(zhuǎn)向全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈模式。樂視體育面臨的問題主要集中在體育主播質(zhì)量、網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力、版權(quán)、盈利、運營等方面,本文結(jié)合這些問題給出樂視體育的發(fā)展路徑為:做好“把關(guān)人”,提升直播技術(shù)、加強體育直播的娛樂化和互動化、體育賽事版權(quán)引進競合策略、逐步完善收費模式、結(jié)合自身特點使平臺盈利模式多元化、政府購買體育產(chǎn)品及活動、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)法律法規(guī)的完善以及相關(guān)職能部門加強網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)管力度。
[Abstract]:In the rapid development of the network environment, Leeco Sports as a professional sports event broadcast platform, in 2014 from the Le Vision network independence, after three years of rapid development. Has become the most copyrighted domestic sports broadcast platform. And together with its octopus TV to promote the HULU model and UGC model common development. It can be said that Letv has copyright resources and platform resources to make its strength in the Internet sports industry can not be ignored. So many sports websites and such a complex network environment. Why did Letv Sports, a rapidly rising platform, stand out? What are the problems and challenges in the process of development? This paper uses the method of literature, logic analysis and case study, taking Letv Sports as the research object, from the perspective of the characteristics of Letv sports, and puts forward the existing problems of Letv at the present stage. In order to solve the problem, this paper puts forward a reasonable and feasible way of development, at the same time looking for the reference meaning of Letv Sports for the domestic sports network video broadcasting platform, and puts forward some suggestions for the development direction of the sports network video broadcasting platform of our country. The research results are as follows: Letv Sports as a new sports network video broadcasting platform, its live content, live form. Live broadcast technology and industrial chain model are unique. Live broadcast content, Letv Sports focus on the expansion of copyright and the development of niche areas. And the use of high-quality sports resources and high-quality sports stars to create homemade programs; In the aspect of direct broadcast, the HULU mode of Le Vision and the UGC mode of octopus TV are complementary to each other in the audience and communication mode. In the aspect of live broadcasting technology, we should pay attention to the innovation of direct broadcasting technology and the diversity of platform from the viewpoint of development. In terms of business mode, we can reduce the dependence on the purchase of copyright through independent research and development of sports event IP, and expand our influence through cooperation with enterprises in different fields. From the content platform to the model of the whole industry chain. The problems Letv Sports faces mainly focus on the quality of sports anchorages, network violence, copyright, profit, operation and so on. Based on these problems, this paper gives the development path of Letv Sports: to do a good job of "gatekeeper", to improve the technology of live broadcasting, to strengthen the entertainment and interaction of live sports, and to introduce competition strategy of sports competition copyright. Gradually improve the charging model, combining with its own characteristics to make the platform profit model diversification, the government purchases sports products and activities, the improvement of Internet laws and regulations and related functional departments to strengthen the network supervision.
