【摘要】：通過科技報告與其他科技信息資源關(guān)聯(lián)機制研究,力圖解決目前科技信息資源存在的封閉、分散、碎片化問題,以提高財政科技投入產(chǎn)出的質(zhì)量和效率,確保社會公眾共享財政科技投入的成果。利用科技報告兼具文獻(xiàn)和項目的雙向特征,提出通過科技報告數(shù)據(jù)關(guān)聯(lián)科研成果信息、科技計劃項目信息、機構(gòu)知識庫三種關(guān)聯(lián)機制,并對數(shù)據(jù)關(guān)聯(lián)提出相關(guān)建議,使科技報告資源更好地服務(wù)于科研管理。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the quality and efficiency of financial science and technology input and output, this paper tries to solve the problems of closing, dispersing and fragmentation of science and technology information resources through the research of related mechanism between science and technology reports and other scientific and technological information resources. To ensure that the public share the results of the financial investment in science and technology. Using the bidirectional characteristics of both literature and project, the paper puts forward that the scientific and technological report data can be used to correlate the information of scientific research achievements and the information of scientific and technological plan projects. There are three kinds of association mechanism of institutional knowledge base, and some suggestions on data association are put forward to make the scientific and technological report resources better serve for scientific research management.
