【摘要】：新媒體具有傳播主體多元、傳播形式多樣、傳播信息分眾、傳播方式交互的特征。其給高校黨建工作帶來機(jī)遇的同時(shí)也帶來了挑戰(zhàn),比如,對(duì)一元指導(dǎo)思想形成沖擊,加大了高校黨建工作的復(fù)雜性,高校黨建形式亟待創(chuàng)新。面對(duì)這些挑戰(zhàn),在新媒體環(huán)境下,高校黨建工作要不斷創(chuàng)新,以適應(yīng)新形勢的需求,提高工作效率。
[Abstract]:New media has the characteristics of multiple communication subjects, diverse forms of communication, communication information focus, communication mode interaction, which brings opportunities to the work of party building in colleges and universities, but also brings challenges, such as. The formation of univariate guiding ideology has increased the complexity of the party building work in colleges and universities, and the form of party building in colleges and universities needs to be innovated urgently. In the face of these challenges, under the new media environment, the party building work in colleges and universities should be constantly innovated. To meet the needs of the new situation, improve work efficiency.
