【摘要】：在突發(fā)事件中,"滿天飛"的網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言會(huì)引發(fā)"次生災(zāi)害",嚴(yán)重影響政府的應(yīng)急處置;大多數(shù)網(wǎng)民主動(dòng)識(shí)別謠言,才能阻斷謠言擴(kuò)散的網(wǎng)絡(luò)通道。本文運(yùn)用計(jì)劃行為理論、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知理論、社會(huì)資本理論和威懾理論,構(gòu)建突發(fā)事件中網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言識(shí)別行為意向影響因素的概念模型,并通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)渠道收集調(diào)查問卷,進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),網(wǎng)民的態(tài)度、社會(huì)資本,懲罰的確定性、嚴(yán)厲性和敏捷性顯著正向影響突發(fā)事件中網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言識(shí)別行為意向;網(wǎng)民的社會(huì)資本顯著負(fù)向其感知風(fēng)險(xiǎn),網(wǎng)民的感知風(fēng)險(xiǎn)顯著正向影響其態(tài)度。
[Abstract]:In the emergency , the " full - sky flying " network rumors will trigger " secondary disasters " , which seriously affect the government ' s emergency disposal ; most of the people actively identify the rumours to block the network channel of the spread of the rumours . The paper uses the planning behavior theory , the risk perception theory , the social capital theory and the deterrence theory to construct the network channel of the network rumor recognition behavior intention influence factor in the emergency . The research finds that the attitude , social capital , the certainty , the severity and the agility of the Internet users positively influence the network rumors in the emergency ; the social capital of the Internet users is significantly negative to the perceived risk , and the perceived risk of the Internet users is positively influenced by the attitude .
