【摘要】：在2012-2016年間,全球有25億人接入互聯(lián)網(wǎng),這些主要來(lái)自亞非發(fā)展中國(guó)家的新網(wǎng)民形成了正在崛起的"新十億"階層,深刻改變了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的傳統(tǒng)生態(tài)和秩序,也改變了自身在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境中長(zhǎng)期缺席和失語(yǔ)的狀態(tài)。與此同時(shí),這一群體也推動(dòng)著世界新聞信息流動(dòng)從"國(guó)際新聞"的模式向"全球新聞"轉(zhuǎn)型,使得未來(lái)的國(guó)際媒體向著信息平等多元流動(dòng),覆蓋全球社群的全球化趨勢(shì)、UGC崛起激發(fā)草根民眾參與新聞制作的全民化趨勢(shì)以及媒介融合與數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型驅(qū)動(dòng)的全媒化趨勢(shì)轉(zhuǎn)變,這三大趨勢(shì)也將成為中國(guó)未來(lái)全球傳播戰(zhàn)略部署和實(shí)踐的必由之路。
[Abstract]:In 2012-2016 years, 2 billion 500 million people worldwide have access to the Internet, these new Internet users mainly from developing countries in Asia and Africa formed is the rise of the "new one billion" class, the Internet has profoundly changed the traditional ecology and order, also changed their seats and a lack of aphasia in the environment of Internet. At the same time, the group also promoted the news of the world, the flow of information transformation from "international news" mode to the "world news", the future of the international media to multiple equal information flow, the trend of globalization global community, the rise of UGC to stimulate grassroots participation in the trend of news production and drive media integration and digital transformation of all media trend change, the three the trend will become the future of global communication strategy and the only way which must be passed Chinese practice.
