【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)媒體與新興媒體的融合發(fā)展歸根到底是人才隊(duì)伍的融合發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。針對(duì)于我國(guó)全媒型、專家型傳媒人才培養(yǎng)需求,中國(guó)傳媒大學(xué)在繼續(xù)教育領(lǐng)域做出有益嘗試:通過(guò)推動(dòng)"旋轉(zhuǎn)門",引進(jìn)業(yè)內(nèi)專家,提升學(xué)習(xí)高度;通過(guò)搭建"情境場(chǎng)",更新教學(xué)手段,挖掘?qū)W習(xí)深度;通過(guò)打造"一站式",聯(lián)結(jié)多種需求,拓展學(xué)習(xí)廣度;同時(shí)中國(guó)傳媒大學(xué)注重將繼續(xù)教育學(xué)部下設(shè)的特色新型智庫(kù)——媒介與公共事務(wù)研究院與培訓(xùn)學(xué)院的培訓(xùn)相結(jié)合,形成以科研促進(jìn)教學(xué),以教學(xué)助力培訓(xùn),以培訓(xùn)帶動(dòng)咨詢的連環(huán)互動(dòng),激活促進(jìn)現(xiàn)有傳媒人才隊(duì)伍轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展,創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:The integration and development of traditional media and emerging media is, in the final analysis, the fusion development and transformation and upgrading of the contingent of talents, aiming at the needs of all-medium and expert media talents training in China. In the field of continuing education, Communication University of China has made some useful attempts: by promoting the "revolving door", introducing experts in the field of education, raising the level of study; By setting up the "situational field", renewing the teaching means and digging into the depth of study; Through the creation of "one-stop", connect a variety of needs, expand the breadth of learning; At the same time, Communication University of China pays attention to the combination of the media and the training of the Institute of Public Affairs and the Institute of training, which is a special new think-tank under the Department of continuing Education, to promote teaching by scientific research and to help train by teaching. With training to promote the serial interaction of consultation, activate and promote the transformation and development of the existing media talent team, innovative talent training.
