【摘要】：基于中國(guó)綜合社會(huì)調(diào)查2011年與2012年的數(shù)據(jù),本文從信息傳播的視角探討了媒介使用對(duì)醫(yī)患信任與社會(huì)信任的影響。數(shù)據(jù)分析表明,傳統(tǒng)媒介和新媒介的受眾有著不同的人口特征,這些特征影響了他們的醫(yī)患信任與社會(huì)信任;除了傳統(tǒng)媒介電視使用會(huì)提高醫(yī)患信任與廣播使用會(huì)提高社會(huì)信任外,其它媒介的使用都降低了醫(yī)患信任與社會(huì)信任;而且傳統(tǒng)媒介對(duì)醫(yī)患信任的影響力要高于對(duì)社會(huì)信任的影響力,需要改變"受難式"醫(yī)療報(bào)道框架觀,應(yīng)用建設(shè)性的傳播方式重建醫(yī)患信任。新媒介相比傳統(tǒng)媒介,降低信任的方向與顯著性不同,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與手機(jī)定制信息"線性負(fù)向"顯著性降低了醫(yī)患信任與社會(huì)信任,而傳統(tǒng)媒介在降低信任中基本表現(xiàn)為"U型",而且互聯(lián)網(wǎng)比手機(jī)定制的影響力更大,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)媒介需要從個(gè)體理性向公共理性的邏輯轉(zhuǎn)變,達(dá)成重疊共識(shí)以重建信任。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of China's comprehensive social survey in 2011 and 2012, this paper discusses the influence of media use on doctor-patient trust and social trust from the perspective of information dissemination. The data analysis shows that the traditional media and new media audiences have different demographic characteristics, these characteristics affect their doctor-patient trust and social trust; in addition to the traditional TV media can improve the doctor-patient trust and broadcasting will improve social trust, other media that have reduced the doctor-patient trust and social trust and tradition; the influence of media on doctor-patient trust is higher than that of the influence of social trust, need to change the "suffering" medical report frame concept, application of constructive communication to rebuild trust between doctors and patients. The new media compared to traditional media, reduce the trust in different directions and the significant, the Internet and mobile phone customization information "negative linear reduced doctor-patient trust and social trust to a" significant, while the traditional media in the lower trust in the basic performance of "U", and the Internet than the mobile phone customization is more influential, the Internet media need to change from individual rationality to public rationality logic, overlapping consensus to rebuild trust.
