【摘要】：從《新聞?dòng)浾摺?011-2016年66條假新聞案例看,假新聞在移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的傳播特點(diǎn)有:出現(xiàn)了新型炮制者——利益機(jī)構(gòu);傳統(tǒng)媒體仍然是假新聞的主要生產(chǎn)者;"新聞價(jià)值"仍然是假新聞傳播效果的決定因素;社會(huì)新聞仍然是假新聞的主角;假新聞呈現(xiàn)出高度的媒體融合特征;生產(chǎn)與傳播更加便捷;傳播由噴淋式進(jìn)化為裂變式二級(jí)傳播效應(yīng)凸顯;辟謠有了新陣地,網(wǎng)民成為揭謠生力軍;部分媒體人專業(yè)素養(yǎng)不足仍然是假新聞產(chǎn)生的主要內(nèi)因;市場(chǎng)過(guò)度競(jìng)爭(zhēng)仍然是假新聞產(chǎn)生的主要外因。阻斷假新聞在移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的策略有:加大處罰力度,輸血傳統(tǒng)媒體;及時(shí)公布真相,發(fā)動(dòng)網(wǎng)民自發(fā)辟謠;強(qiáng)化把關(guān)人的責(zé)任意識(shí),堅(jiān)守新聞專業(yè)主義;提升網(wǎng)民網(wǎng)絡(luò)素養(yǎng),阻斷假新聞二次傳播;根據(jù)危害程度,依法依規(guī)懲處。
[Abstract]:From the "journalists" 2011-2016 years 66 cases of false news, false news dissemination characteristics of the mobile network are: the emergence of the new processing, the interests of institutions; the traditional media is still the main producers of fake news; "news value" is still the determinants of false news dissemination effect; social news is false news the protagonist of the false news; showing a high degree of media convergence characteristics; production and dissemination of more convenient; spread by spray evolution to highlight fission two communication effect; rumor has a new position, users become exposing part of the media rumor force; the deficiency of professional quality is still the main cause of false news produces excessive competition in the market; is still the main external causes of false news produces. Blocking the false news on the mobile web strategy are: to increase the punishment, blood transfusion and traditional media; the timely disclosure of the truth, the netizens spontaneously rumor; strengthen the gatekeeper's sense of responsibility, adhere to journalistic professionalism; enhance the network literacy, blocking the two spread false news; according to the degree of harm, according to the law of punishment.
