【摘要】：氣象傳播現(xiàn)代化即利用現(xiàn)代化的手段對人類的氣象活動、氣象信息的交流、符號和媒介進(jìn)行改造的過程,以達(dá)到氣象傳播符合時代發(fā)展需要的目的。中國氣象傳播現(xiàn)代化包括四大基本要素,即氣象傳播者現(xiàn)代化、氣象傳播內(nèi)容現(xiàn)代化、氣象傳播渠道現(xiàn)代化、氣象傳播對象現(xiàn)代化。中國氣象傳播現(xiàn)代化的表現(xiàn)特征為"四發(fā)展",即氣象傳播由精英化向大眾化發(fā)展、由商業(yè)化向公益化發(fā)展、由模糊化向精確化發(fā)展、由專業(yè)化向通俗化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The modernization of meteorological communication is to transform the meteorological activities of mankind, the communication of meteorological information, symbols and media by means of modernization, so as to achieve the purpose of meteorological transmission in line with the needs of the development of the times. The modernization of meteorological communication in China includes four basic elements, namely, the modernization of meteorological communicators, the modernization of meteorological communication content, the modernization of meteorological communication channels, and the modernization of meteorological communication objects. The characteristic of Chinese meteorological communication modernization is "four development", that is, the development of meteorological communication is from elite to mass development, from commercialization to public welfare, from fuzzification to accuracy, and from specialization to popularization.
