【摘要】：公共政策傳播是政府運(yùn)作中的重要內(nèi)容,對(duì)政府政策目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)具有決定性影響。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代公共政策傳播的發(fā)展,主要彰顯為政策傳播途徑擴(kuò)展、政策傳播效果優(yōu)化的演化態(tài)勢(shì),但在傳播過程中仍存在諸如內(nèi)容"形式主義"、過程監(jiān)管乏力、政策反饋?zhàn)铚⒙?lián)動(dòng)傳播能力欠缺等難題。基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代背景創(chuàng)新公共政策傳播,要以五大發(fā)展理念為引領(lǐng)重塑政策傳播思維,以人性化為主旨創(chuàng)新政策內(nèi)容,以多元化為方向創(chuàng)新政策傳播方式,并借力"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"創(chuàng)新政策傳播技術(shù),形成政府政策傳播的聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)制,打造立體多維的政策傳播新格局。
[Abstract]:The dissemination of public policy is an important part of the government's operation, which has a decisive influence on the realization of the government's policy goals. The development of public policy communication in the Internet era, the main highlight the evolution of policy dissemination effect optimization expansion, approach to policy communication, but in the process of communication still exist such problems as "formalism", the process of weak supervision and policy feedback block, interaction communication ability and many problems. The background of public policy innovation based on the age of the Internet communication, to the development of the concept of the five to lead the remodeling of policy communication thinking, in human nature as the theme of innovation policy content, diversified direction of innovation policy communication, and leveraging the "Internet plus" communication technology innovation policy, form a linkage mechanism of the government policy communication, build a multi-dimensional policy the spread of new pattern.
