【摘要】：《亞東時報》作為戊戌庚子時期日本人在上海創(chuàng)辦的中文報紙,追蹤和反映了大量時事,一些重要事件的當事人如唐才常、章太炎并曾介入報務,故于中國近代史研究有相當重要的價值。通過中日兩方面文獻比勘互證,考訂與廓清創(chuàng)辦史實,除有助于了解這一近代政論性報刊的運作,對理解民間層面中日交往的性質亦多有裨益�！秮問|時報》原作為乙未會機關雜志在滬發(fā)行,其主要資助人是大東汽船會社社長白巖龍平,后轉化為同文會的海外機關報。其主筆山根立庵不僅是報人,也是漢文學家,應白巖龍平之邀來華辦報,與他本人所抱文學理想及在日境遇"不順"有關。從撰稿、編輯到發(fā)行,《亞東時報》的基本業(yè)務幾乎由山根立庵一手包辦;同時憑借發(fā)表在該報的詩文,他得以廣交文友,為中國文壇所推重。唐才常中途參與《亞東時報》編務,并從第7號開始主持了改版,但介入報務時間并不長,與白巖龍平、宗方小太郎在政治觀念上亦有所分歧,所謂"主編"一說并不確實。東亞同文會成立后,在滬發(fā)行《同文滬報》,其言論路線與《亞東時報》不盡合,后兩報發(fā)生組織人事合并,山根立庵退出,《亞東時報》隨即�？�。

The writer is not only an independent Yamane journalist, is the Chinese scientist, Shii Ryuhei should be invited to the newspaper, and his literary ideal in Japan and hold "not" relevant circumstances. From the writing, editing and distribution, basic business "Ya Dong times" almost single handedly made by Yamane um; at the same time with the newspaper published in poetry, he is making friends, for Chinese literary respect. Tang Caichang in the "Ya Dong times" to edit, and from seventh began hosting the revision, but in the service time is not long, and Shii Ryuhei, Zong Kotaro in political concepts is different, the so-called "editor" that is not true.
