【摘要】：本文主要運用美國社會心理學(xué)家埃里克?埃里克森的自我同一性和人格漸成理論分析皮普在身份追尋過程中的身份危機和身份建構(gòu)。英國維多利亞現(xiàn)實主義作家查爾斯?狄更斯的筆下出現(xiàn)了許多的孤兒形象,這既與維多利亞時期英國社會大背景有著密切的關(guān)系,也與狄更斯童年坎坷的經(jīng)歷有著不可分割的關(guān)系�！哆h大前程》作為狄更斯晚期成熟的作品,狄更斯運用現(xiàn)實主義手法成功塑造了孤兒皮普這一形象。論文分為五個部分。第一部分介紹了作者查爾斯?狄更斯和他的《遠大前程》、埃里克森的認同理論、研究的視角以及本文的結(jié)構(gòu)。第二章探究年幼時的皮普的身份。他屬于英國中產(chǎn)階級的一員,擁有中產(chǎn)階級共有的思想意識形態(tài)。本章還介紹了皮普在成長早期中對家庭環(huán)境和社會環(huán)境的認同。第三章根據(jù)埃里克森的人格漸成理論分析了皮普在童年,青少年和成年早期,各個階段所經(jīng)歷的身份危機,分別是:勤奮與自卑的沖突、自我同一性與同一性混亂的沖突、親密與孤獨的沖突。其中同一性混亂是皮普青少年時期一直所面臨的問題。第四章通過歸屬感、積極的人生態(tài)度、安全感這三個層面分析了皮普是如何構(gòu)建起一個成熟的身份的。第五章結(jié)論部分總結(jié)出皮普的成長過程其實就是他確立個人身份,追求自我價值的過程。
