《淺灘》的生態(tài)女性主義研究

蒂姆·溫頓是澳大利亞的知名作家,很早就開始從事寫作�！稖\灘》是第一部為他獲得澳大利亞文學中最重要的獎項——邁爾斯·富蘭克林獎的長篇小說。關于這本小說的研究數(shù)量并不多。本文試圖以一個新的角度去分析《淺灘》這部小說:生態(tài)女性主義。在此理論的指導下,本文主要做了如下研究:正如生態(tài)女性主義認為,與男性相比,女性和自然有著更親密的關系。本文首先探索了女性和自然之間的相似性,正是這些相似性使得二者的關系更加親密。研究結(jié)論表明,女性熱愛自然,那里是植物、動物、水和空氣存在的地方,這一切都令女性感到輕松,并賦予她們勇氣。女性的命運也和自然界四季的變遷有著緊密的聯(lián)系:春天意味著女性充滿希望的童年,夏天代表了她們擁有了浪漫的愛情和幸福的婚姻生活,秋天是她們經(jīng)歷痛苦和磨難的時期,冬天是女性一生中最黑暗和孤獨的日子。除此之外,本文也發(fā)現(xiàn)了女性和自然之間其他重要的相似性,那就是二者同屬于受壓迫者:女性受男性歧視和壓迫,同時自然被人類瘋狂掠奪和破壞。之后,本文又探索了導致自然和女性受害者命運的原因。在生態(tài)女性主義理論的指導下,本文又探索了自然和女性對悲慘遭遇發(fā)起的反抗,并且認為女性應該并且有能力反抗壓迫和偏見,不...
