“漂泊”與“禁忌”:屠格涅夫小說的基督教命題

【摘要】:在具有濃厚的宗教文化底蘊的俄羅斯文學(xué)之中,屠格涅夫的小說從表面上看較少基督教色彩,但實質(zhì)上,其作品蘊含著潛在的基督教(東正教)命題。就其主要代表作品來看,基督教命題集中體現(xiàn)為兩種文化表征——"漂泊"與"禁忌"。漂泊是東正教徒的理想生命形態(tài),也是逃離世俗功業(yè)牢籠的途徑;而禁忌則是為通向世俗功業(yè)所設(shè)置的障礙,也是使人保持在漂泊狀態(tài)的保障。漂泊是屠格涅夫本人一生的追求與實踐,從而塑成了他筆下的人物的漂泊品性,在這種漂泊品性中則隱含著作家對"英雄"的基督教式理解,即不以世俗功業(yè)、而以精神苦修論英雄。但按照這一標準塑造的"英雄"羅亭卻被解讀為"多余人",所以屠格涅夫再次塑造了另一個"行動"著的英雄——英沙羅夫,然而這種"行動"卻違背了作家內(nèi)在的英雄觀,所以,他通過讓人物跨越"禁忌"而受到"懲罰"的過程,消解了他的"行動"的意義,最終重新使之回歸于"活在信念"中的英雄。
[Abstract]:In the Russian literature with strong religious culture, Turgenev's novels are less Christian on the surface, but in essence, his works contain a potential Christian (Eastern Orthodox) proposition. As far as its main representative works are concerned, the Christian proposition is embodied in two kinds of cultural characterization-wandering and taboo. Wandering is the ideal life form of the Eastern Orthodox Church and the way to escape from the secular meritorious cages, while taboo is an obstacle to the worldly work and a guarantee for people to remain wandering. Wandering is the pursuit and practice of Turgenev's own life, thus shaping the character of his character, in which the writer's Christian understanding of "hero" is implied, that is, he does not use worldly feats. And talk about heroes by spiritual drudgery. But according to this criterion, the "hero" Luo Ting was interpreted as "superfluous", so Turgenev once again created another "action" hero, Insarov, but this kind of "action" went against the writer's inner view of hero. Therefore, he dispels the meaning of his "action" and finally returns him to the hero who lives in faith by making the character cross the taboo and be punished by "punishment".
