【摘要】：正為規(guī)范中國(guó)外國(guó)文學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)及其下屬二級(jí)學(xué)會(huì)的活動(dòng),茲根據(jù)國(guó)務(wù)院2016年2月6日發(fā)布的《社會(huì)團(tuán)體登記管理?xiàng)l例》(修正版)第十七條("社會(huì)團(tuán)體的分支機(jī)構(gòu)、代表機(jī)構(gòu)是社會(huì)團(tuán)體的組成部分,不具有法人資格,應(yīng)當(dāng)按照其所屬于的社會(huì)團(tuán)體的章程所規(guī)定的宗旨和業(yè)務(wù)范圍,在該社會(huì)團(tuán)體授權(quán)的范圍內(nèi)開(kāi)展活動(dòng)、發(fā)展會(huì)員。社會(huì)團(tuán)體的分支機(jī)構(gòu)不得再設(shè)立分支機(jī)構(gòu)。")以及第十條("全國(guó)性的社會(huì)團(tuán)體的名稱冠以‘中國(guó)’‘全國(guó)’‘中華’等字樣的,應(yīng)當(dāng)按照國(guó)家有關(guān)規(guī)定經(jīng)過(guò)批準(zhǔn),地方
[Abstract]:In order to regulate the activities of the Chinese Society of Foreign Literature and its subordinate secondary societies, we hereby refer to Article 17 of the regulations on the Administration of Registration of Social organizations (amended Edition) issued by the State Council on February 6, 2016 ("branches of social organizations," A representative organization is a component of a social organization and does not have the status of a legal person.
