【摘要】：托尼·莫里森在2008年出版了她的第九部小說《慈悲》。與之前的小說不同的是,《慈悲》成功塑造了不同種族的女性形象,生動地刻畫了她們在美國殖民初期時遭受到的來自種族、性別、階級的壓迫以及她們?yōu)榱俗穼ぁ凹摇钡牟恍概�。在《慈悲》�?所有小說人物都與空間的建構(gòu)息息相關(guān)。雅各布的“家”是話語建構(gòu)的壓制性空間,是個“非家之家”,其本質(zhì)是雅各布和麗貝卡建構(gòu)的等級空間表征。被視為他者的不同族裔女性居住在此空間中,喪失了話語權(quán)和主體性。這些受壓迫的女性只有掙脫白人空間的束縛,才能找回真正的“家”,重建身份。本論文基于列斐伏爾的“空間三一論”,解析小說中的空間斗爭:兩位統(tǒng)治者雅各布和麗貝卡通過構(gòu)想種族、性別、階級空間表征來控制、壓迫屬于弱勢群體的佛洛倫斯、莉娜和悲哀,限制她們的表征空間,規(guī)訓(xùn)她們的空間實踐;弱勢群體可以通過采取反抗的空間實踐來挑戰(zhàn)由統(tǒng)治者所構(gòu)想的空間表征,從而重建身份。通過分析小說中的空間政治,本論文旨在說明身份的建構(gòu)可以通過對空間的占有來實現(xiàn);空間是具有兩面性的:統(tǒng)治者通過空間來控制、壓迫弱勢群體,但弱勢群體同樣也可以通過空間來進行反抗斗爭。
[Abstract]:Tony Morrison published her ninth novel, Mercy, in 2008. Unlike previous novels, Mercy succeeded in portraying women of different races, vividly portraying the race and gender they suffered in the early days of American colonialism. The oppression of class and their unremitting efforts in pursuit of "home". In Mercy, all the characters of the novel are closely related to the construction of space. Jacob's "home" is an oppressive space for discourse construction and a "non-home", which is essentially a hierarchical representation of Jacob and Rebecca's construction. Different ethnic women who are regarded as other people live in this space and lose their right of speech and subjectivity. Only by breaking free of white space can these oppressed women find their real home and rebuild their identity. Based on Lefevere's "Space Trinity", this paper analyzes the space struggle in the novel: Jacob and Rebecca, the two rulers, control and oppress the vulnerable group by imagining race, sex and class space representation. Lena and sadness restrict their representation space and discipline their spatial practice; the vulnerable groups can challenge the spatial representation conceived by the ruler by taking the space practice of resistance and thus rebuild their identity. By analyzing the space politics in the novel, this thesis aims to show that the construction of identity can be realized through the occupation of space, and that space has two sides: the ruler controls through space, oppresses the vulnerable group, But vulnerable groups can also fight through space.
