【摘要】：由于婚姻制度是社會固化其階級政治和性別政治的基石,雖然小說敘述者曾經(jīng)在開始局部地肯定主人公借婚姻實現(xiàn)社會流動的愿望的合理性,但是隨著敘事進程推進,作品則逐步轉(zhuǎn)向批判婚姻制度的虛偽性,深刻地闡述了女主人公在當(dāng)時通過婚姻實現(xiàn)階層流動和個人幸福的不可能性。
