【摘要】：當(dāng)代美國醫(yī)生書寫在某種意義上可以看作是對�？庐愅邪罾碚摰年U釋性寫作。這主要體現(xiàn)在兩個方面:首先,作為其書寫的重要場域——醫(yī)院本身就是一個異托邦;其次,醫(yī)生書寫創(chuàng)造了一個詩學(xué)空間來抵制理性至上和科技至上的職業(yè)規(guī)范以及社會規(guī)范。醫(yī)生作家嘗試在文學(xué)與醫(yī)學(xué)構(gòu)成的邊緣空間,展示醫(yī)院這個異托邦里各種關(guān)系構(gòu)成的權(quán)力網(wǎng)絡(luò)如何發(fā)揮作用及其后果。醫(yī)生書寫同時也是具有自覺意識的醫(yī)生作家試圖從邊緣空間介入現(xiàn)實(shí),建構(gòu)新的自我的有益嘗試。
[Abstract]:In a sense, the contemporary American doctor's writing can be regarded as the explanatory writing of Foucault's heterotope theory. This is mainly reflected in two aspects: first, as an important field of its writing-the hospital itself is a heterotope; second, Doctor writing creates a poetic space to resist the professional and social norms of rational and technological supremacy. In the marginal space of literature and medicine, doctors and writers try to show how the power network formed by the various relations between the hospital and the heterotopia works and its consequences. Doctor writing is also a beneficial attempt by self-conscious physician writers to intervene in reality from marginal space and to construct a new self.
