【摘要】：口譯作為一種交際活動的歷史是悠久的。而隨著社會的不斷發(fā)展,全球化不斷深化,涉外案件不斷增多,法庭口譯的應(yīng)用需求也在不斷增長。與一般口譯活動相比,法庭口譯員作為涉外庭審案件的參與者,有著特殊而重要的作用。但在中國大陸地區(qū),對法庭口譯的相關(guān)探索還尚未深入,特別是在法庭口譯員主體性的發(fā)揮方面,尚未有學(xué)者展開深入的研究和分析。本文試圖在分析轉(zhuǎn)寫語料的基礎(chǔ)上,從譯員顯身和非中立的立場觀出發(fā),研究法庭口譯譯員在工作過程中的主體性的顯現(xiàn);同時就主體性的顯現(xiàn)展開倫理方面的探討,旨在描述主體性的同時,進(jìn)一步探究主體性顯現(xiàn)的客觀因素和主觀因素有哪些方面;同時,作者也將從法庭口譯倫理的角度出發(fā),就主體性顯現(xiàn)的合理性或不合理性進(jìn)行探討。在此基礎(chǔ)上,作者將研究問題和方向定位為以下三個方面:(1)在法庭口譯過程中,譯員在哪些方面展示出譯者主體性;(2)造成主體性顯現(xiàn)的可能因素有哪些;(3)譯員主體性顯現(xiàn)是否會對法庭口譯場域下的譯員倫理造成沖擊。通過此項研究,作者旨在為法庭口譯員提供參考,即在法庭口譯過程中應(yīng)如何合理展現(xiàn)主體性以促進(jìn)庭審正常有序地進(jìn)行。同時也指出,任何時候主體性的發(fā)揮都應(yīng)有收有放,遵守譯員倫理對翻譯活動的限制和規(guī)范作用。當(dāng)然本研究的語料有限,只針對個別譯員的翻譯產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行分析探討,因此依然存在各種缺陷,期待更多專家學(xué)者進(jìn)行更進(jìn)一步的研究和探討。
