中外學(xué)者對(duì)醫(yī)患關(guān)系都進(jìn)行了較為深入的探討,對(duì)醫(yī)生診斷信息告知的各種形式也進(jìn)行了具體分析,然而這些研究大多存在一些不足,如：只研究某一特定醫(yī)院醫(yī)生的語(yǔ)言特征；僅通過(guò)對(duì)幾位醫(yī)生坐診時(shí)的錄音獲取口頭素材；對(duì)醫(yī)生語(yǔ)言特征和其性別、國(guó)籍相聯(lián)系的研究則相對(duì)較少；主要采用定性研究方法,沒(méi)有采取系統(tǒng)的量化分析,結(jié)論往往帶有較為濃重的主觀色彩。 本文在進(jìn)行醫(yī)生診斷信息告知方式的對(duì)比研究之前提出了四個(gè)假設(shè)：一、對(duì)待不同的患者,醫(yī)生會(huì)采用不同的方式告知其診斷信息；二、對(duì)待重癥或絕癥患者,醫(yī)生一般會(huì)委婉間接地告知其病情；三、醫(yī)生的性別會(huì)影響診斷信息的告知方式；四、中美醫(yī)生在診斷信息告知方式方面存在著區(qū)別,即中國(guó)醫(yī)生說(shuō)話比美國(guó)醫(yī)生更加委婉含蓄。本文創(chuàng)新之處在于運(yùn)用語(yǔ)用學(xué)理論,采取定性研究與定量研究相結(jié)合的方法,分析了中美醫(yī)生面對(duì)七種常見(jiàn)疾病患者時(shí)所采用的診斷信息告知方式。 為了論證上述觀點(diǎn),本文采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查及訪談等調(diào)查手段。首先筆者參照醫(yī)院病種的分類(lèi)及預(yù)先調(diào)查結(jié)果,選取了七個(gè)常見(jiàn)疾病類(lèi)型。其次,筆者在朋友們的幫助下對(duì)芝加哥大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院40名醫(yī)生和安徽中醫(yī)學(xué)院第一附屬醫(yī)院40名醫(yī)生進(jìn)行了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,并分別從芝加哥大學(xué)...
